My going-away present to you all.  Now, now…don’t get all excited and start planning the party just yet.  I’m coming back.

I’m leaving for vacation tomorrow morning and will be gone for a week.  I’m caught up with everything you guys have submitted to me.  GLORY HALLELUJAH!!  The few things that haven’t posted yet will post on Monday.  Whatever else normally goes up during the week (like the Passport, Fun Facts, etc.) have been scheduled to post while I’m gone.

To those who sent things to me, thank you for your patience.  I know it took a while to get your stuff up, but please don’t let that stop you from continuing to contribute.  And yes, G, that includes you.  I and everyone else really do appreciate how much all of you participate.  If it weren’t for you, this community wouldn’t exist.

So enjoy your break from me next week!  And use the time to hatch a better plan to get rid of me.  The whole “Let’s-flood-Kathy-with-submissions-so-that-she-quits” scheme didn’t work.
