Send in your answers via video, audio, or text to:  sexy7@girlsbydesign.com.  And for added effect send in a smiling picture of yourself for the post. (this is optional)

Here is what singer/songwriter Paris Carney has to say:

1. How do you think people perceive you and how is it different from the way you perceive yourself?

That’s such an interesting question because I remember being in high school and everyone thinking I was a ” goody two shoes”! I  wanted so badly for them to think I was otherwise. I would try so hard to get them to think I was a rebel, but at the end of the day that’s just not me!

Now, I love and embrace it when people think I’m innocent! I really hope they think that at least…hehe.

2. Which of your irrational fears is the silliest?

I wouldn’t say I have a fear of the dark, butttt I don’t really like sleeping in the pitch black, and sleep with the TV on.  Does that count? Haha.

3. What is the most time consuming activity you participate in?

I would say anything involving music…I pretty much sing 24/7! That, and getting coffee! :) And the internet and texting takes up some time..I will admit!

4. What is the greatest lesson you have learned from a child?

I’ve always loved how a child can cry one minute and be running around smiling the next as if nothing ever happened…I think that’s so
amazing and wish we all could live that way! Without holding grudges and without fear. :)

5. If you could wave a magic wand and ask for whatever you wanted, what would you ask for?

I would want everyone to feel at peace within themselves and with each other…for no insecurities or hate or judgement to exist! Let’s bring on the love ya’ll! That’s kind of a bold statement, but a girl can dream. :) And for something a little more shallow (I suppose..)…I would love love love a record deal!! :)

6. What is the most beautiful moment you have ever experienced?
That is such a hard question! Hmmm. My most beautiful moments occur when I’m in church, with my family or with dear friends! I don’t think I would be able to list one! Butttt I will say, hearing someone say they are touched by my music is something very special and beautiful to me…that is all I want! :)

7. What are you most grateful for?

I am most grateful for my Lord and Savior #1… and then my family and friends and every lovely little angel I meet any given day! :) Oh and MUSIC! !:) :)

1.Hmmm. I think people perceives me as a quite, simple sheep who would do anything to go on with the flow of the crowd. Well, part of that is correct since I really dont want to stand out and be the topic of gossips or conversation. But I dont consider myself as simple, naive, totally innocent looking, and an obedient sheep. I’m more of a people-reaction seeker, and does something that gives me pleasure and knowledge!
2. Hahaha! The fear which crossed my mind is definitely silly! I hate being together in a crowd or being the subject of a conversation. I just simply hate the idea of having the people’s attention. I think that’s all.
3. I’m not really an active member of any organization in the university, but presently since the great intramural’s day is coming (well, great for those sports enthusiastic), i’m now busy practicing our course’s cheers! I cant believe nor did i thought that it would be possible for me to join in stuff like this, but it’s a must! Pheeeew!
4.I’m not close to any small child, nor to my relatives. But smiling is what i thought, a kid could impart to me.
5. Since 2nd year high school, I’ve always longed to become a vampire. Those Mark Stoker and Anne Rice’s novels made me enthusiastic about this mythical creature. It’s not because of their exceptional beauty, nor to their immortality. The truth is, i dont exactly know the ‘thing’ about them which caught my breath. Then those films about them only gave me more cravings for more information about them.
6. Being acknowledged by my family for a great deed which i’ve ended up doing wholeheartedly, i think that’s the best.
7.I am most GREATful for my family, friends and acquaintance. Hahaha!
