Here’s what Nina has to say:

-
How do you think people perceive you and how is it different from the way you perceive yourself?
I think people who know me perceive me as this calm, easygoing person, who loves music and who can be a bit shy at times. I think they also perceive me as caring, and perhaps sometimes a bit moody and hard to read. I think what I would add is that those who really get to know me also see my silly side, and that I am quite easy to read when I wish to be. -
Which of your irrational fears is the silliest?
Probably clowns. They are supposed to be entertaining, but somehow to me they are just always a bit creepy. -
What is the most time consuming activity you participate in?
Hmm…does studying count? Other than studying, one is definitely music. I sing and write my own songs, and I can easily stay with my guitar for hours. -
What is the greatest lesson you have learned from a child?
That things can be simple, that magic is out there if you know how to look with the heart.I love all magic things, so I love having a chat with children about the magic world and watch and read stories with them. It takes me back to my inner child and that is a nice place to be.
-
If you could wave a magic wand and ask for whatever you wanted, what would you ask for?
Ok that depends now on what level I wanted to understand this question. No doubt if someone gave me a choice of anything – I would wish for this planet to be changed, meaning never again any crime, hunger…as in this case everybody wins, we all get to live in a nice world. If we are talking in a silly way, I would wave my wand and meet up with Harry Potter.
-
What is the most beautiful moment you have ever experienced?
I could not outline one particular moment, there have been simply too many. I think simple moments are the best, like camping out with your friends and family and singing around the fire, or telling each other stories…these are my favorite moments, sharing them with the ones I love. -
What are you most grateful for?
I’m most grateful for having the best family and super friends who I miss a lot as I live in UK and they live in my home country Slovenia, but I am grateful that we nevertheless see each other as often as possible and I am really grateful for the internet – that makes my communication on a daily basis much easier and cheaper.

October 1, 2009Great Sexy 7! I totally agree about looking at life through the eyes of a child and seeing the simplicity and the magic in it. Beautiful observations. Thanks for sharing!
