WTF: Umbrella Skirt
Trying to continue the tradition Kathy left behind, I have brought in a new Win, Toss or Fail item for your criticism pleasure.
GBD, I present you with: The Umbrella Skirt!

Designed by Cecilia Felli, this skirt is made from recycled umbrellas, it seems. It is a one-size-fits-all technique, as the belt on the waist of the skirt is adjustable. The skirt comes with its original umbrella Velcro straps and bar support. Priced at around $90, what do you think, GBD? Is it buy-worthy? Would you wear it?
And before I get cut off by G, I would just like to say — AAHHH!!! … *We Interrupt this broadcast for an important announcement*
POST JACK! Sorry, Binks. I had to do it, people only have until V-Day…
Y’all know about Teens for Jeans, right? They do jeans drives for homeless teens and then Aeropostale gives you 25% off a purchase? Of course you know about it! Welp, the lovely Ash brought something to my attention. They are doing something for Haiti and you can help! It’s as easy as dropping your jeans off at an Aeropostale near you! Oh, and guess what! Aeropostale will match the first 100 000 pairs sent. That’s a whopping 200 000 jeans going Haiti’s way. You can read more about it here.
*You may continue with your regularly scheduled programming*
AHEM!
Anyways….
Let’s see some responses GBD!

January 30, 2010OMG that’s awesome!
All things random in the fashion world are so cool!
While I certainly know I wouldn’t wear it myself, I think it’d be really cool to see others wearing this item.
I give it a win! Although I must say it’s very expensive for something I could get done at home with one of my umbrellas or something LOL
That’s really awesome what Aeropostale is doing, although I already gave away my jeans already :S
