Long time no chat ladies!
Sorry I’ve been a bit MIA lately, but I’ve been super super super busy. You guys have no idea… or maybe you do. First off I  have an AP test next week for stats and last wednesday thursday and friday we had a stats final…. HORRIBLE I TELL YOU!THENN I have a term paper due within the next week or so and a big final project for my bio 2 class… and lotsa other fun stuff… not. It’s almost the end of the year though and then summer…. so I guess I can’t complain too much :) .
I also signed up for my senior year classes! EEKKK! Next year is going to be such a breeze, except I’m taking two AP’s….

In other news, I finally got my permit! I’m so late on all of this, but oh well. I had an appointment to take the permit test and my mom couldn’t get off work to take me… so I went the next day and waited at the DMV FOR FOUR HOURS! horrible I TELL YOU! Anyways, I passed the test and I had my first behind the wheel (which you need to take with an instructor before your permit becomes valid). It was pretty interesting and fun, I got nervous a few times but it was all good :)

Just a little fun fact: Saturday night I went to a toga party and made my own toga :) It was amazing. I love being crafty.. there is so much you can do with white sheets, fake leaves and a couple strands of gold rope. Oh… and I had grapes on my toga! yep :D

Soooo how were your guys first driving experiences? Anyone else planning on getting their licenses soon?

I’ll get my license in august! I just have to master the whole parallel parking thing and backing out of my curvy driveway :)

Yay Taylor!!!

I’ve missed your posts!!! So glad to see everything is going great, oi sounds a bit much with all those tests & stuff. I hate final exams. But yay sounds like fun. Congrats on getting your permit & doing great with your driving.

I got my license about 2 years ago now & thank goodness I haven’t had any bad things happen to me so far it’s been good no tickets, hits, or anything.

Except the other day this one lady hit me in my fixed bug that we had just paid to have stuff done to it so I was a bit peeved because the girl wasn’t paying attention & boom I get hit so I had to take my precious beetle to have it remodeled & I am getting it back this week so I’m so excited.

So ladies be careful you can be a great driver but you never know with other people just watch everything.

Thanks for posting Taylor & also sounds like the Toga party was way fun I’ve always wanted to do one of those which is surprising that I haven’t since I’m in College you’d think I’d be in one of those lol.

I will definitely agree, the DMV people are preeeeeetty intimidating and I think they purposely, have a scowl on their face and don’t say a darn thing when you are taking the driving part of the test, to make you even more nervous… so nervous, that at the end… you are literally shaking… it’s true… my hands wouldn’t stop shaking. =P

Oh.. that was 5 years ago.. and I just recently went in and got my license renewed (just have to take the eye test part =D)… these people must have a miserable job… not one smile on these folks faces… sure sure, they may say, “have a nice day”… but do they really mean it?! :-/

They really want to say, “drive safely… or we’ll be MORE then happy to take your license away”… and THEN they would have a BIG-ole grin on their face, as they say the last part. =P
