I was finally successful in making a smoothie! I followed a green juice recipe from whole foods and tweaked it a little bit, swapping in peaches for pineapple, and had the most delicious, healthy smoothie for breakfast. I really recommend giving this recipe a try! It’s so nutritious, refreshing and YUMMY.
In a blender, combine 1 cup of mangos, 2 bananas, 2 cups of peaches, and 1/2 bunch of chopped kale. Then fill up the blender with water leaving 2 inches at the top. Blend until it’s liquified and enjoy! So scrumptious.
