Article length should be 500-800 words, original art-work (photo) is preferred or permission to use an existing photo.
Once your idea is green lit, please supply a short paragraph bio-blurb so you can promote yourself at the end of your article, even include a link to your business or personal site (if you have one), don’t forget a pretty picture of your smiling face is always a nice touch. Send the photo in .jpg or .gif format.
